Vijay Singh, a Fijian professional golfer was one of the greatest golf players in the world in the era of late 90’s till 2000. He had his best season in 2003-2004 where he created history and broke records at an age of 40.

He is nicknamed as “The Big Fijian”. At an early stage of his professional career, he was alleged of altering his scorecard so as to make a cut at an Asian Tour championship and thus was suspended. This was a period where he had to face lot of troubles but gained experience by playing smaller leagues.
