Great news for Dustin Johnson’s fans- the great golfer who seems to be on a staggering phase now has written Masters history by making 3 eagles for the first time ever in Masters. The record was created during a 2nd round 67 of the recently concluded Augusta National.

Dustin, a much-admired long hitter eagled the 2nd, 8th & 15th holes. The golfer even birdied the thirteenth to play 4 par-five holes in seven-under par.

None of the golfers ever has been able to make over 2 eagles in one round. This year marks the 79th season of Masters.

“Definitely, it was really special & great fun as well”, remarked Dustin, who would be felicitated with 3 crystal goblets as the rewards for his 3 eagles.

At 2nd hole, the golfer hit a five-iron two hundred seven yards to eighteen feet. In regards to 8th hole, it was two hundred fifty yards with three iron to eleven feet. At 15th, Dustin covered two hundred five yards with 5-iron, to 2 ft.

It was not as if I was kind of hitting any further”, remarked the golfer who created the Masters record. “It was just normal shots which I had done earlier. Just it is always hard here to come up with great shots & hit them at right distance matching up with wind”, he continued while asked to speak a few lines about how he created history at the prestigious Masters event.

“The wind gave a pretty hard blow today. Thus, it was extremely tough to find out the wind & take my shot in right spot. However, O happened to hit some really amazing shots on the holes.”

Dustin overcame double-bogey on first hole & made some birdies at fifth & 16th.
